Limited Edition Hvidovre Cap

  • Plastic-free shipping
  • Ethically-designed product

A cap created by artist Kristoffer Ørum for the exhibition Hvidovre Gør Gode Tider Bedre at Hvidovre Main Library, connecting hip-hop culture with welfare state dreams. The design references Hvidovre's architectural heritage and the spirit of 1960s Danish social democracy, reimagined through a contemporary lens.

Made from recycled materials (60% cotton, 40% polyester) at 280 g/m², with a metal buckle adjustment at the back. The production process saves 387 liters of water compared to conventional manufacturing.

One size fits most.

The cap is part of the traveling exhibition "Freedom, Equality and Hip-hop," which explores alternative futures through local creativity and DIY approaches.

To maintain the cap, hand wash in cold water and air dry. Avoid ironing the decoration.

Available during the exhibition period: January 16 - February 28, 2025 Hvidovre Main Library, Hvidovrevej 280, 2650 Hvidovre, Denmark
